Handoff workflow
- Create an application pack (custodian + product + investment amount)
- Click View pack ↗ to open the pre-filled HTML — print to PDF or save
- Submit the document manually to the custodian (email / portal / post)
- Click Mark as submitted to record the submission date
- When the custodian confirms receipt, click Custodian acknowledged — this registers a Policy record linked to this case
