Custodian Handoff

New application pack

Creates a pre-filled application pack for submission to Transact or AJ Bell. Once created, use View pack ↗ to open the HTML document, print to PDF, and submit manually. When the custodian confirms receipt, click Custodian acknowledged to register the policy.

Handoff workflow

1. Create an application pack (custodian + product + investment amount)
2. Click View pack ↗ to open the pre-filled HTML — print to PDF or save
3. Submit the document manually to the custodian (email / portal / post)
4. Click Mark as submitted to record the submission date
5. When the custodian confirms receipt, click Custodian acknowledged — this registers a Policy record linked to this case
